Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Below is our refund policy for coaching subscriptions:

• Refund requests must be made at least 30 days before the session/s being cancelled.

• Refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription, minus a $45 administrative fee.

• Used or completed sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the coach and may be declined if conditions are not met.

• Exceptions may be made in cases of serious illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, which must be communicated in writing.

This refund policy is designed to protect both the client and the coach, ensuring fairness for all parties. While we strive to be flexible and understanding, your subscription secures a limited coaching space that cannot be rebooked once reserved.
